1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 6-7 days.
  • Tier 2, 3, 4 Cities & Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 10 days, depending on the location.
  • Express Shipping: Available upon request. Customers must bear the additional cost for faster delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹10,000.
  • Orders below ₹10,000: Customers must bear the shipping cost, which is calculated based on order value at checkout.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment.
  • We process orders only on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once the order is shipped, we provide tracking details to customers.
  • Tracking updates are sent via Email or WhatsApp.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • Delays: While we aim for timely deliveries, external factors such as courier delays are beyond our control.
  • Lost Orders: If an order is lost in transit, we will provide a free replacement at no extra charge.

7. Undelivered Orders

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the customer must pay for re-shipping costs.
