1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • All products are eligible for returns only if they have a manufacturing defect or remain unused and in original condition.
  • Opened products are acceptable for return, but they must be unused.

2. Refund & Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
  • For defective or damaged products, you must inform us within 6 days of receiving the item.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact us via:

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.

7. Exchanges & Replacements

  • We offer exchanges instead of refunds if preferred by the customer.
  • If the new product has a price difference, the customer must pay the difference.
