- All products are eligible for returns only if they have a manufacturing defect or remain unused and in original condition.
- Opened products are acceptable for return, but they must be unused.
2. Refund & Return Timeframe
- Return requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
- For defective or damaged products, you must inform us within 6 days of receiving the item.
3. Return Process

- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.
7. Exchanges & Replacements
- We offer exchanges instead of refunds if preferred by the customer.
- If the new product has a price difference, the customer must pay the difference.
